The consultation is taken over the phone and a patch test will be sent to your home.

All new Permanent Makeup treatments are a 2 part process. The retouch must be taken within 4-12 weeks of the first session
The initial treatment is 2 hours, the retouch appointment is between 30 minutes-90 minutes depending how well your skin retains the pigment.
When you feel your brows need a colour boost and you can still see the hair strokes, only one session will be needed.
A 24+ month touch up is needed when a lot of the hair strokes have faded. Includes a re-touch after 4-8 weeks.
A 50% deposit will be needed to secure a booking. Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the appointment date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
